This stuff is really great. I really like playing sports so I asked my doctor if I can use this to strengthen my bone when I fractured my left ankle (it hurts really bad!). He gave me the go signal but in one condition - to stop using it when it reacts to my body negatively (maybe like an allergy). Thankfully, it does not have any negative effects on me so I continued using this product until my fracture healed. My doctor told me that it'll take around 6 weeks or more for a fracture to heal (it was just a mild fracture) and mine was okay at around 4 or 5 weeks which is great since I'm really uncomfortable with the cast.
