Lutein and Zeaxanthin are specific carotenoids that are concentrated in the yellow pigment in the macula of the human retina. They are also found in the human crystalline lens. Our Lutein and Zeaxanthin are a naturally extracted, purified and crystallized form of the bright yellow-orange pigment found in marigold petals.
