Product Description

This matcha is harvested and produced from spring buds and tender young tea leaves. Matcha tea plants are grown in partial sunlight for a few weeks each spring, which boosts the amount of chlorophyll in the leaves, thereby increasing the concentration of anti oxidants. After harvest, the tea is meticulously ground into very fine particles and shipped to two hills, where we keep it in a temperature controlled room for optimal and freshness.
