Usage for first-time users: Take two caplets in the morning, two caplets midday and two caplets at night for 60 days. After achieving some level of relief try a maintenance dosage. See insert for details. If supplements upset your stomach it may help to take with food. Store in low humidity area at 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C). Do not remove moisture absorbing packet in the bottle.
