Wear instructions: 1. Put foot through comfort fit sleeve to hold brace in place. 2. Pull brace up and align patella opening over kneecap. Ace tag should be above kneecap. 3. Fasten upper and lower straps to desired compression level. Adjust straps as needed. To use without comfort fit sleeve do not put foot through comfort fit sleeve. Align patella opening with comfort fit sleeve over kneecap and follow step 3. Size selection adjustable sizing: measure circumference around knee. For right or left knee. Adjust to fit: 11-22 in (27.95-55.88 cm). Wash: hand wash warm, no tumble dry, no iron, no bleach, no dry clean.
