Ingredients: Purified water, methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM), jojoba oil, ethanol, glycerin, menthol, arnica oil, germaben II, triethanolamine, carbopol, emu oil, glucosamine HCI, witch hazel, coriander oil, fragrances, aloe vera, ascorbyl palmitate, capsicum oleoresin (Capsaicin), chondroitin sulfate, FD & C Blue#1.

Suggestions

Directions: Apply externally to area of discomfort extending slightly outside the affected area. Repeat every 10-15 minutes as needed.
