Wear instructions: 1: open fasteners and strap. Slide hand into support and thumb through hole. Metal splint should be positioned along palm of hand, 2: support is properly positioned when the metal splint rests comfortably, close top and bottom strap. 3: wrap middle strap around wrist and secure fastener. Adjust all straps until fit is firm, yet comfortable. Washing: hand wash warm, no tumble dy, no iron, no bleach, no dry clean, size selection: measure around wrist at smallest point. Adjust to fit: 5.5 - 9 in.
