This process allows the tea leaves to retain the most flavor possible and leaves only about 2 to 6 percentage of its original caffeine content. Blended with cinnamon, clove, ginger and cardamom, this tea still has all the spicy, rich flavor of a caffeinated chai. The brewed tea is very aromatic, with a powerful taste and lingering flavor that is quintessentially chai in nature.

Suggestions

To savor the full flavor of our teas, bring fresh water to a rolling boil. Pour hot water directly over the tea bag in a pre heated pot or cup. Brew 3 to 5 minutes or to desired taste. One tea bag makes 8 ounces of hot tea. For iced tea brew double strength.
