Ingredients: Each Capsule Contains: Probiotic Consortium 10 Billion Cfu Lactobacillus acidophilus (Cul-60) 4 Billion Cfu Lactobacillus acidophilus (Cul-21) 4 Billion Cfu Bifidobacterium bifidum (Cul-20) 0.1 Billion Cfu Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (Cul-34) 1.9 Billion Cfu.

Non Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), hypromellose, silica, magnesium stearate, cryoprotectants (dipotassium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate, trehalose, sucrose).

Suggestions

Recommended Dose: Adults and children (6 years and older) take one capsule two times daily with meals, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by healthcare practitioner.
