    Soluble fiber from foods such as psyllium seed husks, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A psyllium husk powder supplies 6 grams of the 7 grams soluble fiber necessary to have this effect.

    Suggestions

    Directions: Vigorously mix 1 level tablespoon daily into at least 12 oz. of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

    I've been using this Psyllium Husk Powder for a few years now. It's the best product for my digestive system. Every night I pour a few ounces of orange juice in a glass jar, put in a teaspoon of psyllium powder, put the lid on the jar, shake it back and forth about 20 times, and drink it. Every morning it's the same thing - great bowel movement! Good stuff!

    It does the job.

    First thing every morning with I fill a mixer bottle with water and two heaping teaspoons of this product. I shake the bottle furiously and, with my daily vitamin pill, swallow in one continuous series, gulp it down. It does the job. No video is needed.
