I love all the products from this brand. Yes, I was shocked by the consistency, but I've learned how to consume it on a long run and it's perfect. I regularly take this every day with a right amount of water for the best results. I can't guzzle water or eat a lot at once during a run. I'm more of a grazer and this works perfect because of its thickness. Settles great on my stomach. No side effects or any stomach reactions. I have been using this sports gel for quite some time. I am totally in love with this product. The best companion for my daily routine. I highly recommend this.

This product is the best sports gels for my regimen. I use them on long bike rides, swims and long hikes/walks. It never failed to give the energy I needed. No blood sugar bonks or stomach upsets like with other sports gels. I have a bike buddy who does well on Honey Stingers. Those cause my blood sugar to spike and crash. This sports gels keep me going at a steady pace when I bicycle very long miles and on endurance swims. Ever since I started using this, I always make sure I won't run out of stocks. This is a life saver for me and I cannot afford to lose this product.
